At Richesin Homes, we specialize in helping military families navigate a PCS to Kitsap County and Bremerton. We’re Marilyn and Jason Richesin, a military-focused real estate team serving Kitsap County, Bremerton, Naval Base Kitsap (Bangor and Bremerton), and surrounding communities.

As a retired Navy family, we understand PCS orders, short timelines, and the realities of relocating to a new duty station. We help service members and their families buy and sell homes during a PCS using VA loans, including VA loan assumptions, and we guide clients through the local market near Naval Base Kitsap with clarity and confidence.

Marilyn brings over 25 years of marketing experience and 8 years in real estate, helping homes stand out and attract qualified buyers. Jason brings 24 years of military leadership and focuses on operations, market strategy, and VA loan guidance for military buyers relocating to Kitsap.

We regularly assist clients purchasing homes sight-unseen, coordinating virtual tours, and planning moves around reporting dates.
