A Marine “brat,” Marilyn Richesin spent her childhood moving between military communities including Jacksonville, NC; Washington, DC; and Norfolk, VA. Growing up in a military family taught her adaptability, resilience, and how to navigate constant change—skills she now brings to her real estate work every day.

After completing her own PCS to Kitsap County, Washington, Marilyn became deeply familiar with the realities of relocating to Bremerton and Naval Base Kitsap. Today, she specializes in helping military and civilian families navigate PCS moves to Kitsap County, guiding clients through buying, selling, and relocation with clarity and low stress.

Before real estate, Marilyn spent 25 years in marketing and advertising, experience that directly benefits her clients. She is known for clearly positioning homes, highlighting their strongest features, and developing smart pricing and presentation strategies designed to attract qualified buyers and maximize value. She works comfortably with first-time buyers, VA loan users, and retirees, offering a calm, white-glove approach throughout the process.

Marilyn is a member of MIL-ESTATE, a nationwide network of vetted military-focused agents, and serves on the Agent Leadership Council at her market center. She and her husband Jason, a recently retired Navy veteran and former Marine, have four children (both grown and still at home) and a tiny dog named Cali. Outside of real estate, Marilyn and Jason enjoy traveling the country in their 1969 Airstream, Gladys, and Marilyn has a well-documented love of mid-century modern design and Fiestaware.
