A Marine “brat,” Marilyn spent her childhood moving to military towns including Jacksonville, NC, Washington, DC, and Norfolk, VA. While acknowledging the challenges of military family life, she is thankful for its lessons of flexibility and tenacity. Today she brings those traits to her real estate business, steering clients deftly around challenges to ensure smooth transactions and low-stress PCS moves.

Prior to her real estate career, Marilyn enjoyed a successful 25-year career in the marketing and advertising sector. When marketing her client’s properties, her expertise comes through in highlighting a home’s benefits and positioning the home for maximum selling price. She excels at working with first-time buyers and retirees alike, and offers white-glove level service while

Marilyn is a member of Next Move Military, a nationwide network of vetted agents, an Agent Leadership Council member in her market center and is the Ambassador to Military Agent Resource Network (MARN) for her market center. She and her husband have four kids, both grown and still at home, plus a tiny dog named Cali. They enjoy spending time and seeing the country in their 1969 Airstream, Gladys. Marilyn has what some may consider an overzealous love of all things mid-century modern, including an obsession with Fiestaware.
