Jason Richesin is co-owner of Richesin Homes at Keller Williams Greater 360, where he helps military and civilian clients achieve a wide range of real estate goals, including buying, selling, relocating, and long-term investing throughout Kitsap County, Bremerton, and areas surrounding Naval Base Kitsap.

Jason brings more than 24 years of military leadership experience, beginning with nearly a decade as an enlisted Marine before commissioning as a Naval Submarine Officer. He is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma and the Naval Postgraduate School, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

With a strong background in operations and strategy, Jason plays a key role in streamlining real estate transactions and supporting clients through complex decisions. His clients value his clear communication, attention to detail, and practical understanding of home systems, negotiations, and long-term planning. He is especially skilled at helping families navigate the realities of PCS moves, drawing from his own experience completing multiple cross-country relocations during his military career.

Jason has called the Kitsap area home for several years and has deep familiarity with the lifestyle, commute patterns, and neighborhoods near Bremerton and Naval Base Kitsap. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hiking, camping, and snowsports throughout the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife Marilyn Richesin are co-owners of Richesin Homes and partners in helping families make confident, well-informed moves.
